I, Huldah Roberts of the township of Greenwich in the county of Gloucester
and State of New Jersys being of sound mind and memory do make and publish
this for my last will and testament. First I give to Esther Burt my
clock. I give to Hulday Ann Roberts, daughter of Caleb Roberts and
Elizabeth R. Chatham daughter of Joseph A. Chatham each of them a feather
bet and suit of bedding. I give to my daughter Hope Ann my best looking
glass, half dozen chairs and my family bible. I give my wearing apparel
to my daughters equally divided among them share and share alike, all the
residue of my goods and effects, likewise my house and lot I have to be
sold within one year after my decease and after paqying all just debts
divide the residue between my children share and share alike them or their
heirs and assigns to wit, David Roberts, Sarah Roberts, Esther Burt, Caleb
Roberts, Desire Chatham, John F. Roberts, Pancoast Roberts, Asa Roberts
and Hope Ann Roberts. Lastly, I appoint Caleb Roberts, Executor of this
my testament and last will in witness where of I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this third day of May, eighteen hundred and fourty one.

I Betsey Roberts of the Township of Greenwich in the County of Gloucester
and State of New Jersey being of sound mind and memory do make and publish
this for my last will and testament.
First - I give to each of my Nieces hereafter named the sum of Fifty
dollars apiece, namely to Sarah Rudrow, Clarisa Adams, Hetty Burt, Ann
Rogers, Sarah Roberts, Desire Roberts and Hope Ann Roberts. I give to
Thomas Ann Burt the sum of twenty dollars and my silver teaspoons.
I give to Pancoast R. Roberts, son of Caleb Roberts the sum of twenty
dollars. I give to Rebekah Ann Jones the sum of fifty dollars. I give to
Mary W. Paul?, Rebekah Hillman, Ann Hillman and Susan Hillman, the
children of Joseph P. Hillman, the sum of sixty dollars to be equally
divided between them, share and share alike. I give to Ann Justice and
and Mary Justice the sum of twelve dollars to be equally divided between
them, share and share alike. I give all my wearing apparel and my books
to my seven nieces above named to be equally divided between them share
and share alike, my umbrella and parrasol to be as wearing apparel. All
the residue of my estate I give to Huldah Roberts and my Nephews and
Nieces hereafter named. Viz. David Roberts, Caleb Roberts, John Roberts,
Pancoast Roberts, Ann Roberts, William W. Dunn, Sarah Rudrow, Clarisa
Adams, Hetty Burt, Ann Rogers, Sarah Roberts, Desire Roberts and Hope Ann
Roberts to be equally divided between them share and share alike, but my
will is that Sarah Rudrow shall not receive the principal sum of her
shares but the interest thereof to be paid to her annually during her life
and I give the said principal sum to her two daughters namely Mary Ann
Rudrow and Emmaline Rudrow to be equally divided between them share and
share alike and to be paid to them at the decease of their Mother provided
they have arrived to full age.
Lastly, I appoint Caleb Roberts Executor of this my testament and last
will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty
fifth day of April, eighteen hundred thirty three.

In the name of God, Amen. I, John Adams of the township of Woolwich in
the county of Gloucester and State of New Jersey, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding do therefore this first day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fify five
Make and publiish this my last will and testament in manner following ~
that is to say ~
First - It is my will and I do hereby order that all my just debts and
general expenses duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be
after my decease by any executors herein after named.
Second - I do hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Clarissa
Adams the whole of my estate both real and perosnal that remains after
the payment of my just debts and expenses, unto her during the term of her
natural life in case she remains my widow.
Third In case of the marriage or decease of my wife Clarissa C. Adams
then it is my will and I do hereby order that all the propert heretofore
devised to her shall be sold and the proceeds arising from said sale to be
equally distributed among my children William Adams, Benjamin Adams,
Joseph Adams, Thomas Adams, Charles Adams, Nathan Adams share and share
alike to their heirs and assigns forever.
Fourth - In case of the marriage or decease of my wife Clarissa C. Adams,
then it is my will and I do hereby order and direct my Executors herein-
after named to say to my Grandchildren Clarissa Goodwin, Henry Goodwin,
Benjamin Goodwin, Thomas Goodwin, Jane Goodwin, Nathan Goodwin or the
surviving of them the sum of five dollars each to be paid out of the
shares heretofore devised to my children.
Lastly - I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons William Adams and
Thomas Adams Executors of this my testament and last will hereby revoking
all former wills and testaments and declaring this only to be my
testament and last will. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the

Executors to sell undivided share of tract of land that Samuel Shresie,
Thomas Evans and myself bought of the heirs of Jonothan Haines deceased,
cawl'd the burnt mile tract, now occupied for the purpose of making glass
together with the stock and such tools and utensils as is there used for
the purpose of making glass at such time as my executors may think proper
and best. Also sell all remainder of estate real and personal and after
paying debts and funeral expenses put money to interest and distribute
interest as follows: To wife Mary 1/3 annually in lieu of dower and her
child if it should live to receive 1/3 and Benjamin 1/3 to be paid to his
guardian for his bringing up, schooling, etc.
If either of my children should die or if Mary's should not be born
alive the survivors to receive the others share and if both my children
should not live to the age of 21 or die without lawful issue, estate is to
descend to my brother David's children, share and share alike. When the
children reach 21, they are to receive their thirds, principal and
interest and also their mother's share of the principal at her death and
not before.
